Badminton is an easy sport to learn. It can be played at an easy recreational level, or at a highly athletic, competitive level. Either way, it is always fun and challenging! I will be teaching this class Spring Semester 2009 Please dress appropriately. We start class the 1st. evening. So come prepared with exercise clothes and shoes.
